Your calls answered. Your calendar full.
Margin is the receptionist that picks up when you're on a job, after hours, or just plain busy — answers in your company's name, and turns those calls into booked work.

Every call answered, qualified, and booked — the customer gets a confirmation text, and you get a recap text the moment the call ends.
Every missed call was money. Now it's a booking.
24/7 pickup — including the Sunday-night emergencies and the calls that come while you're under a sink.

Sample figures — your report shows your real calls and your real jobs.
Built by people who hate watching good work go to voicemail.
Margin started with a simple observation: service businesses lose real money not because they do bad work, but because they physically can't answer the phone while doing it. The customer calls, hears voicemail, and calls the next name on the list.
Margin is getting started around Manatee County now, set up in person by Jack. You won't get an account manager reading from a script — you'll get the person who built your setup, answering your texts.
Fair questions
What does it actually sound like?
A natural, human-sounding voice — not a phone tree. The fastest way to judge it: call the demo line at (941) 888-9690 and try to stump it.
Will callers know it's not me?
Margin answers in your company's name, takes the caller's details, and books the job — the same way a good office would. If a caller asks, it says it's your answering line. No games, no pretending to be you personally.
Do I need new hardware or a new number?
No. No hardware, no app your customers need, no new number. Calls ring your phone first, like always — they only roll over to Margin when you can't pick up. Turn forwarding off and everything is back to how it was.
What happens on complicated calls or emergencies?
Every call gets asked whether it's an emergency. Urgent jobs are flagged and texted to you immediately, with the caller's name, address, and what's wrong — so you decide whether it's worth getting out of bed for.
What counts against the 500 minutes?
Only the time Margin is actually on the phone with a caller. At a typical three to four minutes a call, 500 minutes covers well over a hundred answered calls a month — more than most shops miss.
How do I cancel?
Tell Jack. Seven days later you're out — no contract, no cancellation fee, no hoops. Your number was never ours to hold, so there's nothing to give back.
